MILO “Fuel for Champions” targeted to empower youths

MILO and OCM join efforts in "Fuel for Champions" campaign for upcoming 27th SEA Games.

The MILO “Fuel for Champions” campaign was launched by YB Encik Khairy Jamaluddin, Minister of Youth and Sports Malaysia yesterday. The combined efforts of MILO and the Olympic Council of Malaysia (OCM) aim to drive the true value of sports amongst young athletes.

“The commitment from MILO® in driving the nation’s young athletes to greater heights is truly inspirational,” Khairy said at the Bukit Jalil National Sports Complex, National Aquatic Center.

MILO® “Fuel for Champions” aims to empower and energise young sport talents to strive for success even at early stages to inspire parents and encourage their children in participating sports from a young age.

Share your support with the Malaysian contingent as MILO will be hosting a series of roadshows for the public to promote the 27th SEA Games, scheduled to be held in Myanmar.

Present at the launch were Yong Shin Min (National Basketball Team), S. Kannathasan (National Relay Runner), Muhammad Hakimi Ismail (National Triple Jump Athlete) and Khoo Cai Lin (National Swimmer), who will be representing Malaysia in the 27th SEA Games.

“We are proud that the Malaysian contingent carries with them the values of teamwork, solidarity, perseverance, courage together with the support from the nation. MILO® will continue its heritage and commitment in the development of sports in Malaysia,” said Alois Hofbauer, Region Head of Nestlé Malaysia and Singapore.
