GE13: New Menteri Besar for Kelantan

Nik Aziz is stepping down to make way for new MB.

KUALA LUMPUR, May 6 — Datuk Nik Abdul Aziz Nik Mat will hand over the reins as Kelantan mentri besar to his deputy Datuk Ahmad Yakcop today, effectively ending his 22-year rule of the state.

The long-serving PAS spiritual adviser led his team through yet another successful general election last night, which saw Pakatan Rakyat (PR) retaining power over Kelantan with 32 of the 45 state seats up for grabs.

The Star Online confirmed this today that Nik Aziz’s successor, Ahmad, will be sworn in at the Istana Kubang Kerian at around 4.30pm.

The state Ruler will also swear in Kelantan’s new deputy mentri besar, who is expected to be state PAS deputy commissioner II Datuk Nik Mohd Amar Nik Abdullah, and a new line-up of state executive councillors

Dato nik aziz should hand over the reins to Dato Husam Musa as menteri besar because this person got banyak kriteeria untuk terus bawa pembangunan di negeri kelantan. pemikiran husam adalah pemikiran lama dan baru...Dia dapat menyesuaikan implementation di semua peringkat...dewasa dan remaja. Dato nik aziz patutnya discuss dulu secara mendalam. adalah kesilapan jangkan panjang beliau melantik orang lain...percayalah sebab saya dah lama perhatikan pergolakan politik kelantan. banyak juga jangkaan saya yg tepat mengenai kelantan sejak pas ambil alih pemerintahan. dato husam ni jika  mengetuai pemimpin kelantan, saya percaya dapat membawa pembangunan fizikal dan spiritual yang amat berkesan...sebab dia ni jenis orang yg banyak mengkaji, membaca segala perkembangan suasana pergolakan dunia...ilmu islamnya pun tinggi dan pemikirannya terbuka. amat rugi jika dibiarkan idea Husam terperap disebabkan dia tidak diberi peluang mengetuai kerajaan kelantan.

You fought a good fight.

You never abuse your power to enrich yourself or your family unlike the BN ministers.

I salute and really respect you.

This is what Malaysia really need.
