Poor people that stays there. A simple natural disaster like this would easily destroy home for hundred or even up to thousands. I think they need to do something to clean up the mess before the people there is infected with virus due to rotten animals. This is the moment where Kechara protection Chakras can really helps for the people over there.

the philipines were not meant for living people..............​..just immegrate : women to Arabia as nannies and nurses and watever and men to USA as security and drivers.............​......kids can stay with the pigs on the farm.
