Congratulations UMNO for being able to control the country for 66 years. In am sure this is no easy task. Maybe the leaders would like to share with us the way in which they manage to achieve such an enviable feat. Is it because through the past years they have been able to convince their race that they were fighting for their rights while in the process they enrich the elite few. Or is it because they have managed, through the 66 years of their rule, to retain a stranglehold of the mass media, the judiciary and the national security bodies to ensure that oppositions to their rule are immediately discouraged and eliminated? Thereby ensuring an unimpeded continuation of their hold on the nation. Or is there more to it?
Unless all the past and present prime ministers from UMNO reveal the real truths in their biography, we will never know. Would we?

Party for a Grand EXIT? BN/UMNO try to bait Penang State by reinstating Penang Free Port Status as reported by The Star newspaper today. Anyway, in the first place it was BN/UMNO who robbed Penang of her Free Port Status!
It was BN/UMNO who punished Penang when Gerakan ( was in the oppositon back then) won in the early 1970s. Overnight most if not , all forwarding companies relocated to Singapore in order to survive. Now BN/UMNO try to use the old trick in reverse to woo Penang voters? Dream on. Penang people can't be a fool twice!
Overnight, thousands were jobless. The then Chief Minister , Dr. Lim Chong Eu started the Free Trade Zone offering Pioneer Status to attract foreign investors which was a run-away success from BN/UMNO e****mic strangle of the people of Penang.
As if not enough, BN/UMNO again strangle Penang's e ****my by banning Taiwanese Tuna Fishing Fleet from landing their catch . The vicious cycle of BN/UMNO strangle took its toll. People became jobless in the Tuna Fishing Industry. Same repercussion, the Tuna fishing Fleet made Singapore their base . Thus , giving Singapore another BN/UMNO bonus.
Too many constraints were placed in Penang State , Dr. Lim Chong Eu' s Gerakan Party finally succumbed to BN/UMNO's dirty tricks and joined BN for the sake of the People of Penang.
Now with Lim Guan Eng at the helm, steering Penang to the path of Glory, ( see the change in Penang) Clean, efficient and most of all transparent " Open Tender System" for all Government Projects.
Can BN/UMNO do that with no cronies tagging along? If YES , start with Federal Government Projects" to proof yourself worthy and sincere of your mandate. In any case and for that matter, Penang never want any BN/UMNO offer of Free Port Status.
It is doubtful, BN/UMNO can do that. With no money politics , BN/UMNO surely collapse under its own weight. BN/UMNO's survival is based on Kick-Back from cronies , that is what foreign Diplomats perceived. If ever those diplomats are wrong, at least Malaysian politicians are living in Multi Million RM palatial homes. Doesn't that ring a bell ?
Free Port for Penang : YES when PKR's Anwar stroll into Putra Jaya. NOT BN/UMNO's Penang Free Port ! Got it ?
Andainya benda percuma datang dengan syarat2 BN/UMNO tak payah membazir. Jaga lah kroni yang siap sedia, suap hingga mereka muntah. Kan lebih senang?
Malaysia, Tanah Air Yang Kita Cinta. Salam Sejatera.
